Legend of the Five Rings: The Card Game is a Living Card Game (LCG) published by Fantasy Flight Games from 2017 to 2021. A reboot of the Legend of the Five Rings Collectible Card Game (CCG) published by Alterac Entertainment Group from 1995 - 2015, the game sees players take control of the one of the seven great clans of Rokugan. This fictional setting is loosely based on medieval Japan, albeit with heavy influence from the samurai films of Akira Kurosawa and the fantastical worlds of manga and anime.
